OUR STORY

At Ousted Soccer foundation, our primary mission is to promote and expand the beautiful game of soccer throughout British Columbia. We seek to make high-quality soccer training available to everyone, regardless of age or skill level. Founder David Ousted spent over 20 years as a professional soccer player, and he understands better than anyone how important it is to develop young talent. Seeing in person the high quality of the European academies he founded OSF as a method of affecting change in soccer around BC. He identified that too many talented kids lacked access to quality training and that the focus was solely on winning games and not about developing talented soccer players.

We believe that soccer training should be about more than just winning games, it should be about developing the skills and abilities of each player, regardless of their background. Most importantly soccer needs to be something that brings communities and people together and doesn't exclude anyone from joining.
